So today I thought I would do a bit of a different blog post. I don’t know if any of you would be interested in health and fitness but I thought I would do a weekly post around fitness and health which will give me 3 blog posts a week. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Let me know if you are interesting in this idea because I would love to share some things I’ve learned while trying to be healthy along the years.
The reason I wanted to start this new topic on my blog is because I have been struggling with my healthy eating and exercise journey so I thought this would be a good way to share any tips that I have learned and also some fitness wear posts to try and motivate anyone who needs it.
So let me know if you would be interested in this idea and I will start them from next Thursday onwards.😊
