I know I am three days late with this one but I thought that seeing as it is a new month I would share with you all some of the things that will be happening in my life this month but also maybe setting myself some goals/things that I would like to achieve in the month.I thought this would be an interesting post to do every month to see how many things I achieve. So lets see whats in store for this month…June is my birthday month so of course it is one of my favourite months in the year! I turn 21 this month but to be honest with you all I’m not overly excited about it, don’t get me wrong I’m excited to spend the weekend away having fun with my friends but I’m just not a big fan of birthdays, or maybe its all the attention on me, I’m not too sure. But am happy to spend it with friends and family but I am so happy I decided against having a party, I don’t think I could deal with that! My boyfriends birthday is also the week after mine so there is lots going on in June.
I really want to get back to my healthy eating and exercise routine that I had last summer. The reason I have stopped working out as much is because I suffer really bad with migraines that tend to leave me bed ridden and sick so that has somewhat put me off of working out but I’m determined to figure out a way to still get some workouts done even if they aren’t HIIT workouts. Let me know in the comments if you suffer from really bad migraines and if you have found a way to stop them as I get them so often but am yet to find a way to stop them. I’ve been to doctors but they don’t seem to know why I get them either.
Over the next month I want to continue with blogging three days a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays but whenever I have extra time on my hands I will post an extra post here and there. I am also thinking of adding in more personal posts about personal experiences and different topics other than health and fitness in my Thursday Topic posts. I love reading more personal posts about what people have gone through as I feel like its those kind of posts that you really get something from and can even learn things that will benefit you in your life so I think in June I will be trialling the personal posts to see how they go. Let me know if you would like me to start doing them too or if you have a topic you would like me to talk about, it can be anything, and nothing is too personal for me to chat to you guys about. 🙂
I really want to focus more on Twitter this month and less on Instagram. I will still be posting on Instagram but just not as often everyday. My Instagram has a had a lot of problems and people don’t seem to be seeing my posts when I post them so I will be focusing this month on growing my twitter and interacting more with you all on there so make sure to follow me on there if you are interested! I really want to read more blogs this month and every month really as I’ve really gotten into reading other blogs more lately so be sure to leave your blogs below so I can check them all out and have a read!
This goal is probably the hardest as I am one of the biggest procrastinators ever! But this month I really want to try and conker it, for once and for all I want to stop or at least do it less haha. We will see how that goes but I feel like I could get so much more important things done if I started to be more productive.
