So I’m sure a lot of you will have heard if not tried this moisturiser and the range that comes with it but for those of you that haven’t heard of it or are yet to use it, this post is for you, although I hope you all like it regardless.
When I was a teenager I had the dreaded issue of acne, I suffered from it most on my cheeks and chin but it always flared up all over my face when I started to use face moisturisers. I spent so many years trying different brands and realised that I had to rule out any Nivea products as they always broke me out so bad! But I found that Garnier was my skins best friend during that time! Now that I am not in my teens I don’t suffer with acne anymore but I do find that certain moisturisers break me out so trying a new one is always a bit nerving. I have been trying this moisturiser for a couple of weeks now and I am happy to report back to you all that it did not break me out once, even when I started to use it!
The moisturiser itself is so light on the skin and dries super quickly so you aren’t left sitting there having to wait for it to dry to move on to the next step of your makeup routine. There is a slight scent off of the moisturiser but it isn’t really noticeable, it’s kind of a fruity scent so I’m guessing that its the scent of the pomegranate. I actually really like the scent of it as it’s nice and fresh when applying it onto your skin.
As for it being hydrating, it definitely is! The fact that the moisturiser is hydrating actually scared me a bit when I purchased it, as I have oily skin, I thought that using a hydrating moisturiser would make my skin even more oilier but I couldn’t have been more wrong! It made my skin so smooth and really made the oils more easy to control! I honestly love this moisturiser and can’t recommend it to you all enough!
I also love the packaging, blue is my favourite colour so when I seen it, it immediately caught my eye! It retails for less than €9 so definitely worth trying if yoi are into skincare or are wanting to try a new moisturiser, 100% should give it a go, its definitely my new favourite.
Let me know in the comments what your thoughts are on this moisturiser and if you haven’t tried it be sure to let me know what your favourite moisturiser is? See you in my next post.
