It’s the end of another month, can you believe it! It doesn’t feel like a month ago since I wrote my last what I’ve been watching post. There’s not that much in this post as there usually is, as I had such a hectic month in work that I didn’t get much time to relax and watch many programmes but of course I have found some time to relax and this list is what I watched this month.
Murder on the Orient Express
I recently went to the cinema to see this movie, with the thought that it was going to be so good! A bit like the game cluedo but in a real life situation and it was to some extent don’t get me wrong but I don’t think it was half as good as they could have made it. The story line was good but I feel like they could of gone so much further and deeper with it and it was just a bit too light for me. I would still recommend to watch it as it was interesting, but I just thought it was going to have me guessing on the edge of my seat trying to figure it out but it definitely didn’t have that effect for me.
This film came out a couple of years ago and I had heard a lot of good things about it but never really had the interest in watching it as I thought it was going to be a bit of a knock off of the James Bond movies. While searching for something to watch thismonth on one of my nights off, I decided to give it a go and see what it was like. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed watching it. It had so much humor in it that it made it a completely different movie than I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend it!
I recently watched this film as it was recommended by my boyfriends father, I had seen the trailer and didn’t think the movie was for me but decided to give it a go as I heard the trailer didn’t really do the movie any justice. I was hooked! It was so interesting to see the story play out and all the different twists and turns it had. I do think that they could have gone a lot deeper and darker with the story but over all it was really good and I’d definitely recommend it!
I’ve been trying to catch up on Riverdale recently, whenever I got the chance and this month I have finally done so. They do have new episodes coming out every Thursday so I still have to try and keep up with those but for the most part I am up to date. Riverdale is one of those shows that your younger self would have loved. Although some parts of it I know find cringy, I still find myself coming back to it every week to see what happens next. Its a bit like a guilty pleasure but I am loving it!
Made in Chelsea
If you have seen my previous monthly posts on what I’ve been watching, you might have seen this show feature in the last one or two. I finally caught up with all the episodes this month and I think this is my favourite season so far. I am finding it so interesting compared to other seasons. Now of course like most reality tv shows, there are parts that can get a little boring that you just need to fast forward but for the most part I am really enjoying the show this season. Some people might think that the storyline of Sam and Tiffany is going on to long and to some extent I agree but I also think that without that story line, they wouldn’t have been able to tie in others as easy so I don’t mind it too much.
Game of Thrones
Finally! I finished it! It took me so long to get through the 7 seasons but I did it haha, I will say though that the last episode in season 7 did disappoint me quite a lot, I understand that they didn’t want to give it all away but the fact that basically nothing happened in the episode was a bit disappointing, it felt so forced and pointless to even have the extra episode in there, they could have just added a couple of minutes onto the previous episode and it would have been a lot better. That’s my opinion on it anyway.
So that’sit for this months What I’ve been Watching post. As always, let me know in the comments what your thoughts are of these shows/films and what ones you recommend me to watch next. Hope you all enjoyed it and I’ll see you in my next post.
Thank you for reading,
